At a special meeting held on December 18, 2020, the unit holders of Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP (MCEP) approved a merger with Contango Oil & Gas Co. (MCF). The merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on January 21, 2021. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on January 20, 2021. If the merger closes as planned, the stock will remain halted on the day of closing (January 21st) and will be suspended effective January 22, 2021. The details are as follows:
